Kevin is a new man! We went for a walk yesterday and today. He is happier and we spent most of the day outside. It is wonderful! I can't put enough exclamation points in this entry to explain how satisfied I am with this surgery. We were afraid it might not help, but we think that he will be back to how he was when he was 18 (haha). He had his 28th birthday today. Overall a nice day. We have enjoyed all of the love from our family today.

Wow - a lot has happened since we last spoke. I'm so glad the surgery went well. What a relief for you both! I wanted to send you an email last week since I wouldn't see you on Thursday, but I don't have your email address. Next time I see you, I need to get that. We won't be there tomorrow, either, as Taylor is battling a respiratory virus. I'm SO glad for you and Kevin. It made me very happy to see that he's on the mend. - Sarah
